Meet Our Doctor

Dr. James M. Greenlee began his Auburn  practice in 1978. A long time resident of Auburn, he followed in the footsteps of his father and mentor, Dr. Dennis Greenlee DC.  Dr. Greenlee and his wife Linda raised their family in Auburn.  He has been involved in the local schools,  youth sports, church youth leadership and the local tennis community.  He is a charter member of Auburn Gold Country Rotary and serves as the  Assistant District Governor for the Auburn Area Rotaries.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Dr. Greenlee is a local graduate  of Placer Union High School and Sierra College. He received his  Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Chiropractic degrees from Los Angeles  College of Chiropractic.  He completed  Post-Graduate courses in Diversified Techniques and Chiropractic Orthopedics.  He obtained a  Certification in Disability Evaluation.
Additional studies in conjunction with California State Board of Chiropractic requirements for continuing education include:  Pediatrics, Women’s Health concerns, Functional Blood Chemistry,  Workman’s Compensation, Disability evaluation,  Advanced Imaging  (including MRI, CT, Bone Scan), and Rehabilitated Exercise Programs.

PROFESSIONAL TEACHING

Dr. Greenlee's teaching career began immediately after graduation with the teaching of Technique and Diagnosis classes at Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. Soon after, he began teaching Post-Graduate courses in Diversified and Extremity Techniques.

For the past 35 years, he has been teaching Post-Graduated level courses to chiropractors. Sponsoring organizations and institutions include: Los Angeles College of Chiropractic; the California Chiropractic Association; Academy of Chiropractic Education; Society of Industrial Medicine and multiple regional Chiropractic Societies throughout the state of California.

Additional teaching includes Electro-acutherapy courses for Chiropractors, Physical Therapists and Acupuncturists. He has also taught Orthopedics to students at the Emperor College of Acupunture.

Dr. Greenlee has taught occupational safety courses to local business including PG&E and local dental hygenists.
