Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging (D.I.T.I.)

What is Infrared Imaging?

Digital infrared thermal imaging is a totally non-invasive clinical imaging procedure for detecting and monitoring a number of diseases and physical injuries, by showing the thermal abnormalities present in the body.

It is used as an aid for diagnosis ad prognosis, as well as monitoring therapy progress, within many clinical fields, including:

Neurology
Rheumatology
Oncology
Chiropractic
Phsiotherapy
Sports Medicine
Dentistry
pediatrics
Breast health
Orthopedics.

Clinical D.I.T.I. is providing the answers in the diagnosis of pain.

X-Ray, C.T. Ultrasound and M.R.I. etc are all tests of 'anatomy' that measure the structures of your body.

D.I.T.I. is unique in its capability to show physiological change and metabolic processes.

D.I.T.I. is a very useful adjunctive procedure to other diagnostic tools.

D.I.T.I. is very cost effective, risk free and provides instant images.

Procedure

Unlike most diagnostic tests D.I.T.I. is non invasive and there are no risks or side effects.

Images or 'Thermograms' can be taken of the whole body or just areas being investigated.

The digitized images are stored on a computer and can be sent electronically to a Thermologist (thermal imaging specialist) for further evaluation and reporting.

Your report is color printed and a copy can also be sent to your healthcare professional.

Whether your pain is 'Acute' or 'Chronic', D.I.T.I. can help you, and your healthcare professional to safely get you back to better health.
