DMV Physicals

Drivers who hold a commercial driver licence are required by law to take a complete physical exam along with a urine test every two years. We provide this service to the companies and any individual who needs this service.

Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) physicals are routinely scheduled. These are for individuals wishing to maintain a commercial driving license. We provide the necessary DMV forms. The forms are completed by the patient and our professional staff. Certain requirements for vision, hearing and blood pressure must be met as well as general physical examination requirements.

Once you have completed a DMV physical with our office, we will send you a reminder notice to let you know when your next DMV physical is due.
